Hawkins Driver Education, LLC, is owned by Tomi Hawkins. Tomi offers a top-notch program which emphasizes defensive driving practices to encourage teens to adopt safe driving attitudes.
Our comprehensive approach focuses on developing a broad range of knowledge, skills, attitudes and risk factors to fully prepare students for the many demanding situations they will face on today’s congested roads.

Tomi Hawkins, Owner & Instructor
I have been the owner and instructor of Hawkins Driver Education since 2002. Before becoming an educator, I served 10 years in the US Air Force and half of that time served, I lived in Spain and traveled throughout Europe. After entering the civilian world, I spent several years working in the corporate world which became mundane and unfulfilling. Once I started my driving school many years ago, my life became anything but dull!
I am a grandma of 3 very energetic grandchildren and they keep me “young at heart” and practiced regarding my patience skills! I enjoy scubadiving, baking, hiking, and a GOOD book!. Thanks for visiting my school; I enjoy being a part of your teen’s road to success!
